Award winning ceviche $10 (blue crab, bay scallops, baby shrimp, cilantro, fresh chips) – The ceviche is good, but honestly it tastes like almost every other ceviche I’ve ever had. I guess it’s impressive that it came out of a truck?
If you watch The Great Food Truck Race then you’re probably familiar with The Lime Truck because, well, they won. I didn’t actually watch myself, but apparently they’re known for their ceviche and poke nachos. One guess as to what I ordered. Yup, that’s right: a pizza. No, wait, I mean the ceviche and nachos.
Ahi tuna poke nachos $10 (blood orange dressing, edamame hummus, pickeled vegetables, sesame seeds) – The quality of the tuna wasn’t the best and the knife work wasn’t top notch, but all the flavors were there. I think I actually prefered this over the ceviche.
