Crispy Brussels Sprouts (capers, red wine vinaigrette, herbs) – If you grew up hating Brussels sprouts like me, it’s because you’ve never had them prepared from the Home Skillet food truck. I don’t know what kind of magic they put in here, but they’ve turned something as normally disgusting as Brussels sprouts into something actually delicious. Delicious to the point I would literally eat these every single day. For every meal. And dessert. I mean, yeah, eventually I’d want to kill myself, but those first few days would be glorious Brussels sprout nirvana.

Mini Lamb Burger (feta, cucumber, tomato, red onion, red chili sauce) – I couldn’t tell if the lamb was really gamey or if it was the feta cheese, but this had a distinct flavor I couldn’t quite place. It wasn’t bad (it was actually really good), I just wasn’t sure what I was tasting. It tasted kind of like somebody had replaced the lamb burger with a really tasty sock.
