I heard Bunk Sandwiches has some of the best sandwiches in Portland, but they don’t start serving said sandwiches until the afternoon so I was left to order one of their breakfast offerings. This was actually from over a year ago, so I don’t remember specifically what I ordered, but judging from the picture there was an egg and some bacon on there. Is that bacon? It’s breakfast so that’s probably bacon. I honestly don’t remember much about it, but I do remember thinking it was good. I also remember there being a lot of dripping and juices everywhere. So either the sandwich itself was juicy or midway through eating somebody started an oil wrestling match.
