
USDA Prime Top Sirloin & Fries with Chimichurri (their signature dish)
Give me a plate of meat and potatoes and I’ll give you back an empty plate that used to have a pile of meat and potatoes on it. The steak was well cooked, the fries were fry-y enough, and the chimichurri sauce was solid. Yeah, it’s a bit heavy for lunch, but it hits the spot if you’re craving a pile of steak and fries. Although every time I see the word ‘chimichurri’ on a menu I read it as ‘chimichanga’. And honestly, who wouldn’t mind a chimichanga on top of their steak and fries?
