I was looking for a brunch place in Portland and this one popped up all over my search meaning it’s popular. And by popular I mean if you come during normal dining hours you’ll probably be waiting for awhile. We came at an odd hour and still had to wait, so I can only imagine what it’s like at 11am on a Sunday.
The food itself is pretty standard brunch fare but the setting is cozy and French feeling. Like what you’d expect from a place that uses the word bistro in its name. Wait, is “bistro” a French word? Whatever it is, this is the kind of place you imagine when you hear it. Or at least what I imagine. But also keep in mind I’m an idiot, so maybe ignore everything I’ve ever said.

I got the salmon hash because people say to get the salmon hash, but honestly there’s only so much you can do with a salmon hash.
