Beef Noodle Soup
Liang’s Kitchen is another Taiwanese small eats restaurant in Orange County. Now I consider myself a bit of a beef noodle soup connoisseur, so when I say this is one of my favorite beef noodle soup joints you know it’s legit. A lot of people find the broth to be a bit too salty and I’ll admit, it is salty. But it’s also delicious. A bit on the vinegary side, but that’s just part of what sets this place apart. Plus their wide flat noodles (don’t get the thin noodles unless you’re an idiot) are hand made. You know how you can tell? Because they’re oddly shaped and none of them look alike. It’s like a pile of delicious randomly-shaped pasta chunks in a delicious beef broth. Plus if you’re a fan of tendon they’ve got that too. It supposedly has some health benefits but I have no idea what they are. Gets rid of wrinkles? Enlarges breasts? Sure, why not.
