If you’re a fancy beautiful person and you like to look at other fancy beautiful people, I’d recommend getting food at Jean-George’s ABC Kitchen in Manhattan. The space’s aesthetic is farm-to-table meets the Hampton’s mixed with fair trade and consciously sourced and other very fancy and very pretentious words that help explain the crowd. The very pretentious crowd. But here’s the kicker: the food is delicious and it’s not terribly expensive. It’s expensive, yes, but not terribly so. Perhaps a mildly inconsiderate expensive.
Make reservations well in advance, because if you couldn’t tell from my description, cool people like this place and they like it a lot. If you feel out of place eating here, I hate to break it to you but you’re probably not cool and will never have thousands of Instagram followers and also we can’t be friends.

Conclusion
I should probably review the food, but I don’t remember it. I remember it was good, and I remember I left feeling like I accomplished something, so odds are it must have been a pleasant experience. Probably not a single thing made me throw up or question why God gave me a tongue. I’m pretty sure I said “yummy” at least once during the meal, and everything from the setting to the people is pleasing to look at, so overall I’d say this one’s a winner.
